About Us
Established in 2022, Bayside Home Services, LLC is a family-owned and operated home inspection company.
Our principal certified inspector (and owner), Justin Randolph, has over 20 years of experience as a residential and commercial HVAC technician. Most recently, he holds an Assistant Facilities Manager position where he is responsible for building maintenance and vendor management in the property management sector.
With his real-world experience, formal home inspection training through CCBC, and official certification through the state of MD, Justin has gained extensive knowledge of property conditions and core home system functionality to enable him to provide the most accurate assessment of your family's potential investment.
Our Process
Appointment Booking
You can book your inspection appointment over the phone, email and/or directly online through the Square link on our homepage.
Physical Inspection
An inspection can take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on the size and condition of a property. We typically allow for 3-hour time slots to be safe.
Report Distribution
After the inspection is complete, we will provide a preliminary/draft condition report via email immediately.
Within 5 business days from the inspection, we will provide a final written report that is signed/certified.
